The lobby service provided by the Aalto University Security and lobby service unit provides guardianship services to the entire university at its various offices. The diverse functions of lobby service personnel include, among others, customer reception and counseling, mail order duties and the general order of the premises.

 

We are now seeking a fixed-term assignment from 1 March 2013 to 31 December 2019

 

SERVICE MANAGER

 

to participate in the implementation and development of the lobby service service package.

 

As a Service Manager, you are the key to developing a lobbying service in a customer-driven and cost-effective way, while at the same time taking care of the development of knowledge of the lobby services, taking into account the service needs of the university and the various departments. In your mission, you will ensure that the lobby services as a university's business card give a first-class experience of the cutting-edge learning and research environment, including the upcoming main campus. In your role, you are the head of the lobby services co-ordinators. In addition to teamwork, your everyday life includes support and development of operational activities along with the coordinator team.

 

We expect you to have more than one year of experience in supervisory duties and appropriate training. We appreciate your experience and your vision of customer service tasks as well as determined and active work practices. You are a self-employed and cooperative customer service. Deliver smoothly both as an independent expert and as a cooperative team member and partner. Your positive attitude is also visible in a hurry and you are accustomed to fast-changing situations. Messages and report in writing smoothly in Finnish and English with our multicultural campus.
