Specific Purpose Whole Time Post
(anticipated duration of 2 years)

 

UCC wishes to appoint a Technical Officer/Senior Technical Officer to the ASSERT Centre, College of Medicine and Health. The post-holder will report to the Director of ASSERT or their nominee and will support other staff at the Department in their duties.

 

Please note that Garda vetting and/or an international police clearance check may form part of the selection process.

Appointment may be made on the Technical Officer or Senior Technical Officer Scale depending on qualifications and experience.


Technical Officer: €42,390 – €54,100 (Scale B) / €41,317 – €51,485 (Scale A)
Senior Technical Officer: €53,767 – €63,236 (Scale B) / €51,168 – €60,161 (Scale A)
In all instances the successful appointment will be at the first point of the scale.
