• Oversees planning for the IU Kokomo SNAHP related to the campus and University’s mission and goals.
• Represents the IU Kokomo campus, IU Kokomo SNAHP, and the profession to various constituencies and in professional related activities.
• Participates in student recruitment and retention activities for school and campus.
• Collaborates with health care service executives in improving the health of citizens.
• Facilitates the development, implementation, and evaluation of the infrastructure of the IU Kokomo SNAHP, including staff and faculty roles, maintenance of records and reports needed by professional organizations, and collaborative programming.
• Oversees development and management of new and existing programs and resources for IU Kokomo SNAHP.
• Provides leadership for faculty in achieving academic excellence and strategic goals.
• Teaches and maintains scholarly productivity as appropriate.
• Plans and implements the budget for the IU Kokomo SNAHP.
• Maintains accreditation for programs offered by the IU Kokomo SNAHP.
• Other related duties as assigned by the Vice Chancellor or Chancellor of the Kokomo campus.
• Plays a leading role in hiring, evaluating, and supervising faculty and staff.
