Become part of our Constructor Community and complete the team "Housing" in the north of Bremen as a

Head of Housing (m/f/d)

(full time; 38.5 hrs./week; unlimited)

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent management and coordination of the "Housing" department

  • Responsibility for the conceptual and operational development of the department

  • Planning the utilization of existing and future capacities

  • Active design of change and development of different processes, in areas such as on and off campus housing capacities, locking system & "Mealplan"

  • Work closely with Vice President of Operation and Real Estate on strategic Housing related topics

  • Collaboration on cross-departmental projects

Your qualifications:

  • Several years of professional experience and comprehensive expertise in the field of residential care and/or lodging in the hotel industry or student housing

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong implementation skills and excellent communication skills

  • High degree of team spirit and flexibility

  • Service-oriented handling of customer complaint

  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
